Welcome、ReadMe、Licenseで、txt、rtf、rtfd、htmlのフォーマットでResourcesとして登録する。

内容の文字コードは、UCS-2にするのがもっとも文字化けがすくない。他のコードでも大丈夫だが、時々文字化けする事があるようだ。理由不明。
